Materials
Euro Steel buys and sells superalloys, special alloys and steels, both as semi-finished products and as production scrap, for steelworks, foundries and machine shops in the petrochemical, aerospace and Oil & Gas sectors, in Italy and abroad. We specialise in high nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys such as vacuum superalloys, but we handle materials of many different compositions.
Superalloys and special steels we buy and sell
Euro Steel buys and sells more than 250 grades of superalloys, special alloys and steels, as prime and secondary-grade semi-finished products and as production scrap. Each material family has its own page with a table of the indicative chemical composition of the grades we handle.
Nickel-based alloys
- Nickel alloys: Inconel, Hastelloy, Incoloy, Nimonic, Udimet, Waspaloy, Rene and maraging
- Copper-nickel alloys: Monel, cupronickel, Kunifer and Constantan
- Iron-nickel alloys: Ni-Resist, Ni-Hard and Nicrosilal
Cobalt, titanium, zirconium and tungsten alloys
- Cobalt alloys: Stellite, L605, WI-52 and Elgiloy
- Titanium alloys: commercially pure titanium Grades 1-4, IMI alloys, 6-2-4-2 and VT
- Zirconium alloys: Zr 10, Zr-Nb and Zr 20-42
- Tungsten alloys: heavy metal, Densalloy, Mallory 1000 and tungsten carbide
Stainless and special steels

- High-speed steel: M2, M35, M42, T1 and T15
- Tool steels: D2, H11, H13 and H21
Materials are available as bars and forgings, plates and pipes. Every batch is checked with XRF and spectrometric analysis.
Frequently asked questions about materials
Which superalloys does Euro Steel handle?
Euro Steel handles nickel alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy, Incoloy, Nimonic, Udimet), cobalt alloys (Stellite, L605), titanium, zirconium and tungsten alloys, copper-nickel (Monel) and iron-nickel (Ni-Resist) alloys, plus stainless, high-speed and tool steels.
Does Euro Steel also buy scrap of these materials?
Yes. For every material listed, Euro Steel buys production scrap as well as selling prime and secondary-grade semi-finished products.
Where can I find the chemical composition of a grade?
Each material page has a table with the indicative composition of the grades we handle. For certified values of a specific batch, Euro Steel issues certificates of analysis on request.
