Euro Steel buys and sells iron-nickel alloys such as Ni-Resist and Ni-Hard, both as semi-finished products and as production scrap, for steelworks, foundries and machine shops in the petrochemical, aerospace and Oil & Gas sectors, in Italy and abroad. We specialise in high nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys such as vacuum superalloys, but we handle materials and alloys of many different compositions.

Iron-nickel alloys: buying and selling Ni-Resist, Ni-Hard and Nicrosilal
Iron-nickel alloys are cast irons and alloys in which nickel improves resistance to corrosion, heat and wear. Ni-Resist cast irons are used for pumps, valves, turbine casings and parts in contact with seawater or corrosive fluids. Ni-Hard are abrasion-resistant white irons for mill liners and high-wear parts.

Iron-nickel alloys semi-finished products and scrap
We supply iron-nickel alloys as prime and secondary-grade semi-finished products: bars and special forgings, plates and flat products and pipes. We also buy production scrap and turnings to feed back into the supply chain. Every batch is checked with XRF and spectrometric analysis in our laboratory in Roncadelle (Brescia, Italy), and certificates are available on request.

Does Euro Steel buy Ni-Resist scrap?
Yes. Euro Steel buys Ni-Resist and Ni-Hard cast iron scrap and other iron-nickel alloys, and sends it back to foundries as secondary raw material.
What is the difference between Ni-Resist and Ni-Hard?
Ni-Resist are high-nickel austenitic cast irons designed mainly for corrosion and heat resistance. Ni-Hard are nickel-chromium white irons designed for abrasion resistance.
